Oldfield Surgery offers two methods for patients to order repeat
prescriptions through this web site:
- The first is the existing online
form which can be accessed here.
Use this if you do not yet have an EMIS Access account.
- The second method is via our secure online service provided by EMIS
Access (see below).
Guidance for using On-line Services
Our
secure repeat prescriptions service is provided by EMIS Access. In order to
use the service, you must first create an account at EMIS Access. To ensure
that your personal information is kept secure we will provide you with the
security details to create your account in a registration letter. For security
reasons, we ask that you visit the surgery in person to collect your registration
letter.
Once you have your registration letter, you can create
your account at EMIS Access.
To sign in to your account and order a repeat prescription, go to the EMIS
Access login page.
