Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a very effective therapy for a wide
range of issues, including stress, anger, depression or anxiety. It is
short-term and problem focused: giving you the tools to understand and
deal with your problems. Belinda has a wide range of psychotherapy
training, specialising in CBT, with extensive experience that has been
varied and successful.
A very wide range of issues can be dealt with, and success can also be
had coping with panic attacks, phobias, work and relationship issues, and
bereavement. In addition to counselling, Belinda also provides coaching,
assertiveness training, stress management workshops and mediation.

registered at the surgery to receive physiotherapy treatment. Simply
